What the debtor pays. The full invoice plus fixed-sum compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 — £40 per invoice under £999.99, £70 for £1,000 to £10,000.

What you pay us. £45 in total — £2 for the reminder, £8 for the LBA, and a 50% success fee on the statutory compensation paid only when enforced. No retainer. No percentage of the principal.

What you take home. £4,845.00 — more than you originally invoiced, because statutory compensation is recoverable.
